Trench Camp Head Coach and former New Orleans Saint Stan Brock talks about this year’s New Orleans Trench Camp for high school football linemen, in an interview with sportsnola.com.

“We met with Nike and they will introduce a new linemen shoe, their first in over 20 years, built just for linemen,” Brock said. “They came to us and asked us to team up with them to get the word out on the shoes at the camps and we said yes. They wanted us to bring one to New Orleans and one to Dallas.”

The decision to bring a camp back to the city he prospered in as a player was an easy one for Brock.

“Of course, I told them I told them I love New Orleans and that would be my choice of where to go,” Brock said. “There are a lot of offensive and defensive linemen that can get a lot from this.”

Trench Camp comes to New Orleans June 9-11.
